939bet reserves the right to conduct eligibility checks at any point during a player's registration or account lifecycle. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete eligibility information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active 939bet account. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, a different device, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

When registering your 939bet account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid payment method. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") process, 939bet may request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, and source of funds. Standard KYC documents include:

• A copy of your valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address (dated within three months).

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. 939bet's compliance team will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe. Deposits: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your 939bet balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are generally credited on the same business day, subject to banking hours. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following the standard number of blockchain confirmations required for the network.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by the 939bet payments team following successful KYC verification. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: typically within 1–4 hours of approval.
• HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank: same business day or next business day depending on banking cutoff times.

939bet does not charge platform-side transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may impose its own fees independent of 939bet, for which 939bet accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit into your 939bet account, or to a verified payment method in your name following completion of the enhanced verification process. 939bet reserves the right to apply additional anti-money-laundering checks before processing any withdrawal request.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each offer is stated in the offer's specific terms. Wagering is calculated on bonus funds only unless otherwise stated. Until the wagering requirement is completed, bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are not available for withdrawal.

Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slots may contribute at a reduced percentage. • Bonuses are personal and non-transferable between accounts.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only — on their first qualifying deposit.
• 939bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Cashback offers apply to net losses only and are calculated over the promotional period stated in the offer.

939bet's sportsbook covers cricket, football, kabaddi, tennis, basketball, UFC, and other sports. All bets are governed by 939bet's sports betting rules, a complete copy of which is available within the sportsbook section of the Platform. The following general principles apply across all sports markets:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked regardless of subsequent market movements.
• 939bet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that appear to reflect unusual market knowledge, suspiciously large stakes, or systematic arbitrage activity.
• In the event of a match, event, or fixture being abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with 939bet's specific rules for that sport, which are detailed in the sportsbook section.
• Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance as a stake refund. Voided selections within accumulators are treated as non-runners and the accumulator is recalculated accordingly.
• Maximum payout limits apply per sport, per event, and per account per day. These limits are stated within the sportsbook and may be adjusted for specific markets or account profiles.
• PSL matches, Pakistan international cricket fixtures, and major ICC events are subject to enhanced scrutiny under 939bet's anti-match-fixing protocols in line with international sports integrity standards.

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. In-play odds change rapidly and reflect live match conditions. 939bet may suspend in-play markets at any time at its discretion without prior notice. Any bets submitted during a market suspension period will be rejected and returned to the player's balance.
